I have taught as an instructor of record for four unique courses and served as a teaching assistant for seven other courses during my graduate career.
I developed an advanced undergraduate seminar on “Environmental Issues in the Middle East,” and have taught three courses with Chicago Field Studies, a program through which instructors design coursework for students to make sense of and supplement their full-time internships.
As an educator, I equip students with the tools to critically engage with information, news, and social media content about the politics of the MENA region and of environmental issues that are so often misrepresented.
